6. Product Safety & Use Policy

6.1 Neopol products are household consumer products and must be used only for their stated household purpose.

6.2 Products must be stored, handled and used in accordance with the product label, packaging, website directions, safety warnings, SDS references and product-specific instructions.

6.3 Products must not be mixed with other chemicals or products unless the label expressly permits it.

6.4 Products must be kept away from children and pets and stored in original containers with labels intact.

6.5 Commercial, trade, industrial, manufacturing, professional cleaning or resale use is excluded unless Panamex New Zealand Limited agrees separate written terms.

6.6 Before use on any surface, customers should read the label and test the product on a small inconspicuous area where appropriate.

6.7 Suitable surfaces: wood, leather, stainless steel, vinyl and aluminium.

6.8 Unsuitable surfaces: any surface not listed as suitable, unless the product label or written product instructions expressly state otherwise.

6.9 Product-specific warnings: customers must always read and follow the product label, packaging instructions and any written product directions before use. Products should be tested on a small inconspicuous area where appropriate, must not be mixed with other chemicals or products unless expressly permitted, and must be kept out of reach of children and pets. Use only as directed and stop use if irritation, damage, unusual residue or an unexpected reaction occurs.

6.10 SDS references: Safety Data Sheets are available on request where applicable. Customers should refer to the relevant SDS, product label, packaging directions and any product-specific safety instructions before use.

6.11 Surface condition, prior treatments, age, coating, porosity, residue, heat, sunlight, moisture and prior cleaning products may affect results.

6.12 Panamex New Zealand Limited is not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, overuse, mixing, failure to follow instructions, use on unsuitable surfaces, pre-existing surface defects, unauthorised decanting, contamination, commercial use or use outside the stated household purpose, except to the extent required by law.

6.13 Product complaints, injury reports, safety concerns and surface damage claims should be reported promptly to Panamex New Zealand Limited.

6.14 Customers should provide the order number, product name, batch or lot number, photographs of the product, packaging, label, affected surface or injury where appropriate, description of use, amount used, surface type, storage conditions, timing of the issue, other products used, and whether label instructions were followed.

6.15 Customers should preserve the product, packaging, surface and evidence until Panamex New Zealand Limited confirms whether inspection or return is required.

6.16 Panamex New Zealand Limited may investigate internally, with suppliers, laboratories, insurers, couriers, regulators, solicitors or other advisers.

6.17 Serious safety incidents, injuries, contamination concerns, suspected defects, recalls and regulatory matters must be escalated internally. Escalation owner: Product Manager.
