4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

4.1 Panamex New Zealand Limited delivers accepted Neopol.co.nz orders to New Zealand addresses only.

4.2 Panamex New Zealand Limited will use reasonable efforts to dispatch accepted orders within 5 working days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on courier service, delivery address and operational factors.

4.3 Rural delivery is included in the standard delivery charge where available. No separate rural delivery surcharge currently applies.

4.4 Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier capacity, rural delivery, incorrect addresses, weather, public holidays, peak periods, force majeure events, service interruptions or other matters outside Panamex New Zealand Limited’s reasonable control.

4.5 Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

4.6 Panamex New Zealand Limited is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, re-delivery cost, return-to-sender cost or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or unsafe delivery instructions, subject to non-excludable consumer rights.

4.7 Neopol offers standard shipping only. Authority-to-leave, signature requirements and delivery instructions depend on the courier’s standard service terms and available settings.

4.8 If authority to leave is selected, implied or applied under courier service terms, risk may pass when the parcel is delivered in accordance with that authority, subject to applicable law.

4.9 Tracking details will be provided where available.

4.10 Customers should notify Panamex New Zealand Limited promptly if tracking shows delivery but the parcel has not been received, if the parcel is damaged, or if there is a delivery issue.

4.11 Panamex New Zealand Limited may investigate with the courier before confirming any replacement, refund or other remedy.

4.12 Customers may be asked to provide photographs of damage, packaging, labels, delivery location, order details, tracking details and written confirmation of the issue.

4.13 Panamex New Zealand Limited retains discretion to manage courier investigations, replacements and refunds in a manner consistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable law.
