Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter this Promotion and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry (Terms). These Terms apply to the Promotion, and your entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
2. The promoter is Panamex Group (Promoter) Level 12, 120 Albert Street Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.
3. The promotional period will commence 8.30am Monday, 4th September 2023 and close midnight Friday, 27th October 2023.
4. Promotion applies to a customer who purchases a 300ml bottle of Neopol All Purpose Crème Polish from any participating New Zealand supermarket during the promotional period.
5. Neopol is awarding seven winners with Spring Cleaning services to the value of $500 each.
6. Any additional cleaning over the $500 value can be negotiated directly with the cleaning company at the homeowner’s own cost.
7. Entry details can be found online www.neopol.co.nz to win a Spring Clean of their home valued at $500. Customers must keep their original proof of purchase (e.g. a detailed receipt showing the purchase) for verification.
8. A weekly prize for a House Spring Clean valued at $500 will be drawn over seven weeks using random code selector software. Panamex will notify winners by telephone and email confirmation on the same day.
9. A reputable cleaning company will be contracted by The Promoter to clean the winner’s home and put in direct contact with the homeowner.
10. It is the responsibility of each winner to provide their correct name, address and phone number.
11. The Spring Clean promotion is for New Zealand residents and New Zealand homes only.
12. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable to other persons or for cash.
13. Employees, directors, management and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion without notice if caused by events beyond its control.
16. If the prize is not claimed within three months of the completion of the promotion (8.30am, 3rd February 2024), it is regarded as forfeited.
17. By participating, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name and photograph in connection with the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waives any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for that use.
